Application of Cone Crusher
HPC high efficient cone crusher has a high efficiency,high capacity,stable overall character and high quality sands. All kinds of stones with protodyakonov scale of hardness f=5-16 can be crushed by HCS90 cone crusher,like iron ore,nonferrous ores,granite,limestone,sandstone,pebbles,etc.

Characters of Hydraulic Cone Crusher
1.High efficiency: Optimized structure like fixed main shaft,equivalent small sphere shaft makes efficiency of the crusher 5%~15% higher than traditional spring cone crusher.
2.high crushing capacity: The ideal design and combination of crushing stroke, crushing speed and crushing chamber shape makes capacity of this crusher 35%~60% higher than traditional spring cone crusher under condition that they have movable cone of same size.
3.High quality mechanical sand: crushing between particals because of specific shape of crushing chamber and laminated crushing principal makes sands of cubicity has an increased percentage in finished products and amount of spiculated sands decreased.
